The eighth ranked Iowa Hawkeye women came up empty on a trip to the west coast, Sunday afternoon. Second ranked UCLA shot nearly 58 percent and hammered the Hawkeyes 88-65.
That's Iowa coach Jan Jensen. The Hawkeyes were outscored 56-26 in the paint and also committed 19 turnovers.
Sophomore center Ava Heiden led Iowa with 19 points, all in the second half.
