Iowa State coach T.J. Otzelberger says senior point guard Tamin Lipsey remains day-to-day as the 10th ranked Cyclones get ready to host Alcorn State Wednesday night. Lipsey missed the last two games of a tournament in Las Vegas after suffering a leg injury in a win over St. John's.
Otzelberger says there is no target date for his return.
Otzelberger feels as a senior, Lipsey will know when he is ready.
Alcorn State is 1-8 but Otzelberger is convinced the Cyclones won't be looking ahead to Saturday's game at top ranked Purdue.
Otzelberger says the approach does not change depending on the opponent.
