Drake men's basketball coach Eric Henderson is embracing the expectations as he enter his first season as coach. Henderson is the third different coach in three years to lead a program that will be in search of a fourth straight Missouri Valley Conference title.
Henderson took over after a successful run at South Dakota State and is not bothered by expectations.
Henderson got an early look at his new roster with a closed scrimmage at Wichita State.
And he says being a more physical team will be crucial by the time Missouri Valley play begins.
The Bulldogs open the season on November third by playing Northern Arizona in Sioux Falls.
